You trust BillFold with which bills matter to which clients, and why. We treat that as confidential client information.
Protecting your data
- Everything you send to and receive from BillFold is encrypted in transit.
- Sensitive information is encrypted at rest, and backups are encrypted.
Who can see it
- Every request is authenticated. Your clients, notes, positions and whip counts are visible only to you and to the colleagues your firm shares them with.
- On iPhone you can require Face ID to open BillFold, and choose how much an alert shows on your lock screen.
How it's used
- We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
- Client information is sent for AI analysis only with your permission.
- Hearings BillFold adds to your calendar never name your clients.
Your control
- Delete your account at any time from Settings. Your account and its data are erased right away, and backup copies are overwritten within 90 days.

If you believe you've found a security issue, email support@billfoldwa.com. Please give us a reasonable time to investigate before disclosing it publicly.
